Regular inspections – as a rule once per year – as part of a Mitutoyo maintenance plan keep measuring instruments accurate, reliable and in good condition.  A maintencance contract placed with Mitutoyo ensures the user of plannable quality costs and furnishes him with the status of a registered customer. As such, he doesn’t need to keep track of the inspection dates – the maintenance service will contact him automatically before the next checking becomes due.

Larger instruments and systems will often be inspected and maintained on-site. This helps to reduce production downtime and to operate economically. Software Maintenance Contract

Mitutoyo’s reasonably priced software maintenance contract keeps the programs for high-performance measuring systems up-to-date. This maintenance contract ensures that the customer's measuring software stays on the current level of the program development at any time. Thus, even after the warranty period is expired, a periodical software maintenance is guaranteed. The customer may also enjoy considerable rebates on new program versions.
