From special measuring task to individual solution: Five steps to success with M³ Solutions Europe

1. Definition

  • The dialogue
The experts of M³ Solutions Europe assess the individual measuring situation and the customer’s demands in a first intense exchange.

2. Analysis

  • The measuring task
The specific measuring task will then be defined in detail, based on the customer’s requirements, performance specifications and extensive observation of the production cycles.

  • The environmental conditions
A thorough analysis of the environmental conditions on the user’s premises is the foundation for further consideration. All environment-related and production specific factors of influence will be determined on-site.

3. Planning

  • The first draft
Based on the acquired information, a detailed first draft will be created. This design will comprise the key data and planning preconditions for immediate implementation of the presented special measurement solution.

  • The alternative solutions
Several alternatives will be submitted optionally with the preferred solution. They too, are developed to the point, where detailed project planning has to start.

4. Project Planning

  • The detailed plan
The draft preferred by the client will be worked out in detail within the time-frame agreed during project engineering.

5. Implementation

  • The installation
M³ Solutions Europe and its system partners care for the complete setup of the measuring equipment including all peripheries such as loading systems, sorting automats, air-conditioned cabinets, etc. Additionally, the control system interlinking and the data linking will be performed.

  • The trial runs
Intensive tests will assure that the new measuring system is performing perfectly in every respect and fitting into the existing working environment without disturbance.

  • The delivery
Upon delivery, the customer will receive detailed instructions and, if desired, intensive training for the operators.
